Gardner Newton
Gardner and Newton started curving glass in 1836. In 2006, after 170 years in the industry, the company joined forces with another leading curved glass manufacturer, Novaglaze, relocating to their 46000 sqft factory in Huddersfield.

Joining forces with gardner newton in 2006, novaglaze specialises in volume, bespoke & oversized glass panels.

Glass merchant
The group acquired wholesale glass in March 2016, Wholesale glass is a glass merchant specialising in the cutting and distribution of mirror, coloured, float & laminated glass.
They are the largest stockist of AGC lacobel & matelac products in the UK
Mirror Processor
In 2017, the group again acquired another company in tower glass. Tower glass is based on the south coast, processing and distributing a range mirror and glass products. This acquisition expanded the groups delivery capabilities in the south of the country.
